Vanilla Latte - Carmel Bay Coffee

- 1 shot Espresso
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Syrup
- 8 oz Whole Milk
- 2 tbsp Whipped Cream Optional
- 1 pinch Ground Cinnamon For Garnish
Extract 1 shot of espresso into a shot glass.
In a separate pitcher, heat the milk until it reaches a temperature of 150°F (65°C). Froth the milk using a steam wand until it becomes silky and velvety in texture.
Pour the vanilla syrup into the preheated coffee cup.
Pour the frothed milk into the cup, holding back the foam with a spoon to create a layered effect.
Pour the shot of espresso into the cup.
Add a dollop of whipped cream on top .
Garnish with a pinch of ground cinnamon.
