Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso
  • 8 oz whole milk
  • 1 tbsp hazelnut syrup
  • 3 oz Whipped cream optional
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder garnish/optional

Instructions

  • Prepare a shot of espresso using an espresso machine or a moka pot.
  • In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it reaches a gentle simmer. Be careful not to let it boil.
  • While the milk is heating, add the hazelnut syrup to a coffee mug.
  • Pour the hot milk into the mug, leaving a little space at the top.
  • Slowly pour the espresso shot into the mug, allowing it to blend with the milk and hazelnut syrup.
