Ingredients

  • 1 shot of espresso from a medium roast
  • 1 oz pumpkin spice syrup
  • 8 oz steamed milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 tablespoon caramel sauce plus extra for drizzling
  • Whipped cream optional
  • A sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice for garnish

Instructions

  • Drizzle caramel sauce at the bottom and sides of your serving glass.
  • Pour the pumpkin spice syrup over the caramel.
  • Brew a shot of espresso and pour it into the glass.
  • Steam the milk until it’s frothy and gently pour it over the espresso, ensuring that the layering is visible.
  • Top with whipped cream, an additional drizzle of caramel, and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
