  • 1 Espresso Machine or Moka pot

Ingredients

  • 1 shot of espresso from a medium roast
  • 8 oz steamed milk whole milk recommended for creaminess
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon toasted pecan syrup can be store-bought or homemade
  • Whipped cream for topping optional
  • Crushed pecans and a drizzle of maple syrup for garnish

Instructions

  • Brew your shot of espresso into your favorite mug.
  • Warm the milk in a saucepan or with a steam wand until it’s frothy.
  • Stir in the maple syrup and toasted pecan syrup into the brewed espresso.
  • Pour the steamed milk into the mug, holding back the foam with a spoon to let it rest on top.
  • If desired, top with whipped cream.
  • Garnish with crushed pecans and a final drizzle of maple syrup.
