  • Brew your two shots of espresso into a flat white or cappuccino cup.
  • Warm the almond milk without bringing it to a boil, ensuring it remains silky and doesn’t split.
  • Froth the almond milk until it’s velvety, ensuring minimal volume expansion to preserve the flat white’s signature texture.
  • Pour the frothed almond milk gently over the espresso, allowing the coffee to dominate with only a thin layer of microfoam.
  • Sprinkle the ground cinnamon over the surface of the drink.
  • For added texture and a visual treat, garnish with a few almond slivers.
  • Dust lightly with additional cinnamon if desired.
