Ingredients

  • Cold brew coffee homemade or store-bought
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream or half & half
  • 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree canned or fresh
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of pumpkin spice mix cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger

Instructions

  • Prepare your cold brew coffee in advance, allowing it to steep for 12-24 hours.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, sugar/maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice mix. Whisk until the mixture becomes frothy.
  • Fill a glass 3/4 full with cold brew coffee.
  • Gently pour the frothy pumpkin cream over the back of a spoon so that it floats atop the cold brew, creating a layered effect.
  • Sprinkle a dash of pumpkin spice on top for garnish.
