- 1 shot Espresso
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Blend
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 2 tbsp Whipped cream optional
- 1 unit Cinnamon or Nutmeg for Garnish optional
Brew a shot of espresso using your preferred method with a machine or Moka pot.
In a small saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and pumpkin spice blend. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is well combined and slightly warmed.
In a separate saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling. For a frothy latte, you can also use a milk frother or steam wand.
Pour the prepared espresso into a mug, followed by the pumpkin mixture.
Slowly pour the hot milk over the espresso and pumpkin mixture, stirring gently to incorporate all the flavors.
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired.
