Instructions

  • Begin by setting your coffee to brew at double strength. This is crucial as the ice will dilute the coffee.
  • While brewing, place the cinnamon stick(s) in your serving glass.
  • Once brewed, immediately pour the hot coffee over the ice and cinnamon stick(s) in the glass.
  • Stir gently to ensure the flavors meld.
  • For added sweetness, introduce the cinnamon-infused simple syrup to taste and stir.
